Chick 3-12
Was able to get out for about an hour last night. Caught 8 shorts and two keepers. Everything was caught on a bison trout magnet. All fish caught in 1-3 feet of water. Was able to take my daughter out for the first time. It was great time. Left the fish bitting because she was ready to go.

Yeah I wouldn't have guessed they'd been up that shallow just yet, may have to try to get out and spot check the sloughs next time it's half way decent and dry outside.

Went out again this afternoon and got 5 more keeps and quite a few shorts. Most fish were caught in 6-8 ft of water tonight. Couldn’t find them shallow tonight.
