    Good outing,
'Jesus answered and said to them, “Go and tell John the things which you hear and see:
The blind see and the lame walk; lepers are cleansed and deaf hear; dead are raised up and poor have the gospel preached to them.
And blessed is he who is not offended because of Me... Matthew 11:4-6

The moon phase affects all of nature. From ocean tides to deer movements. During the spawn and in the fall when the crappie are moving around chasing or following the migration of baitfish to the coves, you can catch them most any time but during the solunar periods, you will get more bites. Go fishing when you can but make sure that your lure is in the water during movement times. Lolol.

Probably my best day of the summer for numbers AND quality. Will try to post a report when the guy I took sends me the pics

The fish seem to be everywhere at the moment. I caught them today on a 2 count and then some on a 12 count. I had a good day today. Scouting for the Forgotten Child tournament, I had 13 keepers including 2 tarp size crappie. I won’t post on here until after the tournament, but I wish I could have weighed in today. I would have liked my chances of winning today. Lolol.

Yep that sounds like the precursor to the winning sack right there. Good luck and let us know how you do!

Guppy, I haven’t had the opportunity to go since the Forgotten Child tournament, but I have wanted to really bad. Lolol. Sometimes things just get in the way of fishing and I’ll give you a quote from Jase Roberson of Duck Dynasty fame. “If you are too busy to go fishing, then you are just too busy.” Today is Sunday the 27th and the first time that I have seen your question, but I am going Striper/Walleye fishing in the tailwaters in the morning. We have lots going on in the DK household at the present time. Grin.
