Default Hwy 60 bridge at Blythe's ferry, Grasshopper Creek, and Sale Creek Marina

Put in well before daylight and scanned the bridge. Big schools of shad everywhere. Next stop Grasshopper Creek. Threw jigs to tree tops in 15 to 25 fow for an hour. Watched 3 guys drowned minnows in two big tops without any success. Across the river to Sale Creek Marina. Shot to floating docks. One short fish came from way deep in the docks. Moved from there to flooded timber in 15 to 25 fow. Then finally the bridge at Sale Creek Recreational area. Everywhere we went today was large schools of shad and the side scan and down imaging. Saw fish under the schools yet could not get and takers. Surface water temp was a consistent 80 degrees the places i went. Shad schools showing in 13 to 20 fow with fish under them. I have never seen so much bait. Although it may be common for Chickamauga. I am still learning this lake

When I can't get takers...I get the Slabsauce out...it usually makes a difference.
I have spent most my life fishing........the rest I wasted.
