    Default Skunked on the Chick

First trip on Lake Chickamauga nets 3 bass 1 bluegill and 0 crappie dock shooting. Water surface temp 78 to 85 degrees. Fished dock from 6 to 20 feet of water. Fished South of the Highway 60 bridge. Bobby Garland Baby Shad in Bone white/ Chartreuse, Cajun Cricket, and Thread fin shad. It was good to be back out on the water after such a long time being to busy with work. Time to buckle down and figure Chickamauga out. Any pointers will be appreciatedName: 20190908_085835.jpg

I am glad to be back on the water. Took a couple of weeks of afternoons to get the boat back ready to go.

Wait till water temps are in mid 50's and winter pool. Or fish at night

That would also cut down on the jet skis and the wake boats

TC is correct, Nights are better during hot weather, but I haven't made a night trip out all summer since I have went to day shift. Just hang in there they will be coming out of the depths to little shallower water soon enough.
'Jesus answered and said to them, “Go and tell John the things which you hear and see:
The blind see and the lame walk; lepers are cleansed and deaf hear; dead are raised up and poor have the gospel preached to them.
And blessed is he who is not offended because of Me... Matthew 11:4-6

Went to day shift recently myself. I relocated here to start a new job 4 years ago. Off shift and overtime didnt leave any time for fishing.
