Default Brother lives in Ohio I live in Georgia.

We were looking to do some fall crappie fishing. Was thinking around Dale Hollow. It's about half way. What Y'all think? Any help would be great

I thought you lived near Talquin. Hope you doing well and have a great time fishing with your brother. Since I moved to Tn., I have not fished with or seen my brother. He is supposed to be coming up in late Oct. I know nothing about Dale Hollow, but drumking should be able to help you out if you go to Chickamauga Lake.

    Hey D.
I live about an hour from Talquin. I didn't realize you moved to Tennessee. Hope you are enjoying it.

I can't give you any help on Dale Hollow as far as fishing. I lived in west Tennessee for most of my life and me and my best fishing partner, who has since passed always wanted to fish that lake. But I can tell you this, if you have a chance to fish with your brother as far apart as you live....what difference does it make how the fishing is? Just have a good time! I lost my brother a month ago, and if you go on this trip, you will have memories you will cherish forever! Take pictures and give us a report!

I agree with that. I was able to get up to Ohio a couple months ago and got to fish with him at Lake Erie. Good time for sure.
We are looking all over. Dale Hollow is about half way and we might be able to get Dad talked into that trip too. Any way makes me smile just to think about the possibilities.

I agree with what everyone says, spend time with your brother wherever you end up fishing. I have a twin and we cross paths fairly often but rarely make time to fish together. We need to just make it happen.
Might consider Cumberland as a fishing opportunity as well. Very close to Dale Hollow and lots of great fishing there as well.

I'm doing great here, except for catching fish. I go a couple times a week, but mostly catch bass. I am going to try some long lining Wed. in a spot that I caught a few once. So hot though. Been wanting to go back to Talquin, but it falls about the same time as an event in N. Louisiana. Man how blessed would you be to fish with your Dad and brother. Good luck and keep us posted.
