Default A look at the Lew's XFINITY Speed Stick Combo

So I was at my local Walmart walking through the aisles. I glanced up at the fishing rods suddenly noticing a fluoro orange fishing combo staring back at me. First thought that came to mind, what a piece of crap!
For some reason I actually took this rod in hand to take a closer look.
Lew's it said. XFINITY Speed Stick. Hmm I don't have any recollection of Lew's making junk. Let's look closer, a 6'6" medium fast rod, zero reverse 8 bearing reel with a knurled braid ready spool.
I gave it a spin. Yep its zero reverse alright.
The 6.2:1 reel is smooth. I immediately thought to myself, I want one! You know like I need any more fishing rods. But no one tool is right for every job so for $59.88 I took this one home.
I'm thinking I will be using this rod for verticle jigging and night stalking, so when it got dark I held this thing up in front of a black light. Whoa! Just as I suspected. Where's my camera? If you have an application for a rod like this and frequent a Walmart, I'd suggest checking this one out. You may find it to be Pantastic A look at the Lew's XFINITY Speed Stick Combo

Say I like the way you think Drumking!
I think I may have to come down to your lake Chickamuga one night and see what I can do.
I haven't been down that way in a few years now. I guess you have left one or two in there for me haven't you?
