Its only $50 but its the very nature of the situation that makes my blood boil. Cant even confront my accuser. Anyways, already spent a lot of money in the reelfoot/union city area through lodging, fishing guide, restaurants, licenses etc it just makes me think they want to tack on a little something extra at the end.

Also, on a brighter note, here are some fish we caught!
Looks like you were staying and fishing on the North end. If you dont mind where were you staying at ? And yes the ticket sucks

I would weigh the cost verses the risk. What if you are going back through there in a year or two and get stopped. They find the outstanding ticket, cuff you
and take you to the JP, tow your truck and boat, and then demand payment for the two infractions before they cut you loose. Then you have to go to his
brothers house and pay him for the towing fee to get your truck and boat back. Then go back and find your fishing buddy (probably at the nearest shade tree from where you were stopped) and pick him up. The ticket may or may not be right but for fifty dollars is it worth the risk. You probably won't have as much stuff in the boat as you did when you got stopped.

Disregard if you are a State Representative.
    Tell'em I'll be there.

I got 1 last year for turning left on a yellow blinking arrow. Which any other place I've been means on coming traffic has right of way, and turn when you can. In TN it meant you cant turn. Tossed the ticket, still living free.
