Thread: Battle Creek?

Have any of you had luck fishing Battle Creek in South Pittsburg? Looks like it should be good for some crappie and catfish, but I haven't had a chance to try it out. Thanks for any info!

I fish Battle Creek in the spring for white bass. In the winter shellcracker can be caught in there and it gives up some very nice yellow perch. While it looks great for crappie...lots of lay downs.....I have personally never caught a crappie in there. But they have to be in there....I just have not hit the right day.
