Where to Go
I have memorial week off and looking for somewhere to go in TN from Chicago area was thinking Chickamaugua lake or an Alabama lake I posted that’s state too
i have a truck camper and a boat chasing crappie and bass I have trolling and spider rigs gear too would arrive holiday Monday and stay rest of week to avoid craziness. Blue Bank on Chickamauga looked like nice place
any opinions would be appreciated

Man almost any of the lakes in Tn except Reelfoot are going to be crawling with seadoos and pontoons and ski boats that weekend. I messed up and went to KY Lake that weekend and swore I would never do that again!! If you’re wanting to fish, go to reelfoot. The bluegill and catfish are on fire right now.

I have to second Reelfoot that weekend. As previously stated, no ski boats, jet skis, etc. Last weekend, even with the cool temp and rain on Sat. We tore the catfish up.
Bream have been really good, and should be again with the rising temp and sunshine, as well as some crappie! I'll be trolling this weekend, and possibly chasing some bream.

Gismo1 come on down to Chattanooga and dis Chickamauga it is a large lake and I am sure you can find a lot of water to fish that will make you happy . And a lot of fish . The water level is near summer levels and most of the people I have talked to are catching fish . I haven’t fish in a week but I have been working a lot . Planning to do some fishing myself that week. Good luck where ever you decide to go . Keep me posted on your results please .
