WOW, that is a long haul to go fishing... Enjoy your trip to Tennessee. Tight Lines when you get here.
I'll be fishing Reelfoot Lake May 6-11. This is my 10th or 11th time fishing this beautiful lake. Hoping to catch a mess of bluegill, crappies and a few cats. The main target for us is bluegills. I'm bringing my own boat, something more comfy about fishing my own boat make for an enjoyable day on the water. My wife and good buddy are coming along. It's a haul from North Dakota with a stop in Wisconsin, but Reelfoot doesn't disappoint very often.
How's the water level and clarity this year?
I did hire a guide for the first day. I do that about every other year. He's become an old friend. Nice to see new spots and have current info...I hope everyone is having a great start to their season, tight lines.

'Jesus answered and said to them, “Go and tell John the things which you hear and see:
The blind see and the lame walk; lepers are cleansed and deaf hear; dead are raised up and poor have the gospel preached to them.
And blessed is he who is not offended because of Me... Matthew 11:4-6
Never fished the foot but coming down from Alexandria, Ky. May 4-8. Targeting crappie and bluegills. Staying at Cypress Point resort. Any fishing info is appreciated. PM if you can help!
