Thread: Old hickory?

Heading down to old hickory for the first time first week of april! Where’s some good areas to fish? What’s the best way to fish down there? Looking at maps looks like a lot of docks!! I like to shoot docks spider rig and virtual jig! Thanks for any words of advice! Tight lines!!

I’m heading down with a buddy for our first time on 4/10-4/13. I’ll be interested to hear some reports too. We’ve been looking over maps also. Looks like spider rigging off the creek channels and dock shooting will be productive. We’ve been looking for docks located close to the main creek channels in deeper water to target. Looks like some great fishing areas to explore. Hope you guys can catch em. There is a crappie USA tourney there at end of this Month. Be interesting to see where guys say they catch them at and weights.
