Thread: Quick Bank Trip

Hope everyone had a great Holiday, I finally got out this afternoon for about an hour and caught some of my finned friends in the local creek mouth. DrumKing posted an afternoon trip today fishing in the deeper flowing tailwaters of the Chick, trust me I know where all that water is coming from. First up was a White Bass on the Trout Magnet, a fun ride indeed.

Caught a Hybrid here couple weeks ago. Next was a pile of small/medium gills.

Not as big as the ones Drumking caught but a fun fight indeed. I was experimenting with a couple new baits and this new Spade Grub by Lunkerhunt was the ticket in the shallow (2ft deep) flowing waters. Right at dark I scored a bonus Black Crappie, and missed what seemed to be a couple more.
