    Default Chickamauga Colors

I am sending a care package of jigs up to a buddy that fishes Lake Chickamauga quite a bit for bass but he wants to try to catch some crappie too. Could anyone offer any color combinations that work real well for some of you up in that neck of the woods?? Thank you for the responses.

Also you might want to read thru some of Drumking's recent reports, as he is very telling about the colors he's catching fish on

Lights Out in Bobby Garland baits work really well. Just about any combo color with Chartreuse is great for Chickamauga. Especially for winter time fishing. I also like pink/Chartreuse combos.

I agree with CUonthelake and drumking pink is almost always good on Chickamauga. I also like blue/black - Chartreuse.

I can only speak to the Hiwassee arm of the Chick, but my favorite Garland colors are (in order, depending on conditions):
    1). Monkey Milk
    2). Natural
    3). Patriot
    4). Electric chicken

IMHO, If they don't bite one of those, they won't bite.
