    If you are sure there is gas in carbs check if spark plugs are wet sure you have good spark better check compression

    What type of fuel pump does your engine have? Sounds like same issue I troubleshot awhile back on a 70hp E-rude, turned out to be a faulty diaphragm-style fuel pump.

    I'm not 100% sure but I think it is a diaphragm
