    Default Fishing in the heat!

My truck said 91 on the way to the lake, about 6:30! It was too hot, but we needed to get out. Our oldest daughter is getting married Friday, so we needed to just clear our heads. The water temp was 85, so we were looking for deep, shady water. This evening was catch and release, because we have plenty, and I don't have time to clean any. We didn't set the woods on fire, but we didn't get skunked either! All were in 15-20 FOW, about 10-12 feet down.Name: IMG_0618.jpg

It is always more fun to catch a few then none at all. Besides catching some helps take your mind off of things.

Nice outing. Our water temps are 86.5. Just makes fishing tuff.
