Thread: Watts Bar

Fatboy and I made a two day trip to Watts Bar this week. Just got home a few hours ago. I've had WOOPENS put on me before but none as bad as he put on me on this trip! He didn't acturally limit out but he came a lot closer to a limit than I did. Just goes to show that sometimes minnows are mightier than the jig! Doh Even thought I only caught two keepers is was still worth the trip. Watts Bar is one Beautifull lake.Thumbs Up

I enjoyed the trip Steve. Enjoying mother nature and getting away for a little bit was great and catching some fish was just an added plus. Man, my red neck still hurts. I guess the next time you offer me sunscreen, I won't be such a hero. You could still cook a burger on that thing. LOL Anyways, I surely enjoyed it, wished we had caught more, but with all that is going on, I appreciate you being a listening ear and we will go again this fall. FATBOY PS I understand "feeling the thump" but I love watching that float lay down or disappear. About time I didn't get "whooped" by you for a change. Thanks for hauling my fat rump around and getting my mind off things.
