    Same thing happened to me Remus. Touched starter before fuel tank was installed and “BAM” she was running. I suppose a little fuel is used to test start before packaging. I hope she does well for ya.

    Suzukis will cut themselves off before you can hurt it. They have over rev and over temp shutoffs. Good luck with your new toy Remus!

    finally got around to first part of breaking in my new Suzuki 20 it did - maybe a little better than I thought it would- seems like plenty of power to
    to push the boat- just touched it off for about 50 yards (didn't want to strain nothing before full break in). I think I'm gonna get over 20 mph out of it but that's plenty fast for an old fart lol. now to get time to go is next problem after my little mishap Friday it might take a week or so to get the sore out so I can get in the boat.
    haven`t seen much posted lately so thought I would put this up. hope this little cooler weather get everybody out and light up the board with good catches
