Default Lake Wylie trip with Uncle you know who.

Late posting due to having grandkids come over for a sleep over so their mom and dad could have a night out to celebrate an anniversary. Always great having them over. Uncle Remus and I hit Wylie at 9:15 am and proceeded to search Little Allison for some fish. We stopped at the usual places to look and only picked one or two here and there. Then we moved farther back into the creek and found our spot in 27 feet to 20 feet of water with the fish at 15 to 20 feet. We bumped around with the wind blowing fairly steady. Anchor locking when we came across fish and staying long enough to get a few, We managed 25 fish mixed only getting a couple of perch and the rest crappies. I brought home 10 crappies and one medium size perch. Most crappie were average 11-inch fish and one 13-inch that Remus caught. Wind was tough but that seems to be the usual for Remus and I. Got go when you can. Remus will have to post the picture of his fish it's on his phone. Yeah, I know I ain't worth a dern about taking pictures. It's hard to do when driving in the wind. Take your mind off one second and its heck to catch back up to where you were. :yike
Thanks Uncle Remus for a great day. Had some hard laughs over your phone call with Medi care salesman.
    Thanks Buddy!

Glad Uncle Remus caught enough to keep you from starving. I may need to borrow him for a trip. I’m surviving on what I can catch but my ribs are starting to show. Good Report!!
