Couldnt stand it....had to go back. Just the feel of those big fish pulling my rods made me come back. This time though I was only keeping fish to eat off the bone and that is 10" to 11" fish. The biggest problem I had today was most of the fish were too big for that. It was fun catching 'em though and all the bigger fish were released to fight another day.
Big fish today was a 1 & 3/4 lb slab...
My appt with a Physical Therapist this afternoon made me leave with the fish still biting although I believe the best therapy for me was doing what I love......catching fish.
Anyhow....
....caught 44 crappie keeping 16 (one slipped out of my hand when cutting heads off. Ha! Now I gotta check the weather channel to see when my next fishing trip will be.
