Got this picture just the other day (blurry though). I havent seen them on camera since then. Hopefully they moved on....
Yes Butch, we are covered up with them. Have one that keeps getting under my house and Roscoe has killed two over the last few months. One has a den under my shop right now in a low place and with the back side open there's no way to stop em. They are all over our road banks at the deep bank areas.
Looks like Im going to have to invest in a .22 rifle again. The one I had was a cheap marlin that kept jamming all the time and after getting rid of that thing I just never bought me another one. Ive always said that when I get another one I wanted a good, scoped, bolt action rifle.

Skip the .22 and get a .17!! At 100 yards I can shoot a 5 shot group and cover with a quarter.

I have a .223 with a target scope on it. When my daughter was home and wanted to shoot I set the table at 75 yards. After her second shot I wondered why she quit shooting and was just looking thru the scope. She responds she cannot see the bullet hole. Finally she found it....it went thru the first bullet hole. Ha! She is the thin type...was a basketball, softball player, track runner thru high school and has kept that size since then. She grew up hunting with me and the only rifle I had was a .300 Rem Mag. She killed several deer with that gun. She has never been scared of the recoil. Ive always been able to hit where I was looking but she's a more steady shot than I am for sure.
