Default Bushy Park Report July 16, 2022

    Still learning bushy park.
    Water 81.03°F - 81.78°F
    Longlined/trolled starting about 0815 to 1120.
Crappie were about 6-12 feet down near structures.
Jigs wanted a 1/16 oz pink head with an orange curly tail. Also 1/16 oz white head, chartreuse skirt with a dark pink with chartreuse curly tail.
SlabSauce was used on the pink head and orange curly tail.
Did catch a 15" bass as well but let 'em go.

Looks like a good time was had. How is the grass/hydrilla out there, it was super thick a couple months ago when I was out there?

I would say yeah pretty thick. Still some drifting can get caught on if longlining.
