6-29-22 lake wylie
Met up with Uncle Remus this morning at Ebinezier landing around 6:00. Partly cloudy skies and light winds. Water temperature was 83. We headed out and marked a big school. Dropped in our lines and it was on. The perch were aggressive and we caught them on minnows, cut bait and bare gold hooks. Total catch was 134 fish. 4 crappies, 2 large mouths each around 3 pounds and 8 cat fish. All the fish we caught were in about a 200 yard area. Most of the perch were small with around 14 that were 9" or bigger. We put the toon back on the trailer at noon. Thank you for another great morning on the water!

That was a busy day, happy y’all got on em. I saw more perch today than I’ve seen in a while. I don’t usually have trouble with them on brush but today was different.
