Default Mud is on the Way

The water at Wylie has gotten Super Clear. It’s about to to come to an end thanks to the S. Fork. My friend lives near the headwaters in the Hickory area. They got 5 inches yesterday. I like a little stain but this can’t be good. They are gonna have to move a lot of water on the Catawba Chain of lakes. I never do good on the main channel when they are pulling hard. Hummmm, maybe the creek brush will be better!! It’s definitely gonna shake things up a bit. May even have to switch up colors a bit. It gonna be interesting. Name: IMG_1298.jpg

WOW! I got 1". Only a few hard rains. Mostly a slow steady sinking-in rainy day. I went fishing the next day and the lake looked good. I saw some stained water coming in but even with that it wasnt "muddy".
