    Default Wylie 4-11-22

Mostly, fished beaver dam this morning. Longlining & drop shot rigs, jigs tipped with minnows. Did not mark may fish anywhere. Just would get 1 here & there. Spent most of out time in back 2/3 of beaverdam.

Ran around to snug harbor for a little while to try out some new area. Picked up several crappies about 1/2 into the cove. Another boat was in front of us, so we turned around & headed home about 11.

Ended up with 22 keepers & 12 too small & 12 small perch.

Mr Charles I had similar results today. I started up at S Point. Water is pretty dirty down to B Boyd. I fished brush, sniped and trolled at lunch to eat a sandwich. Caught fish with every technique. Caught 36 but only had 10 over 10 inches. But 3 were over 12 inches. Name: IMG_1117.jpg

The hens I caught today are still toting their eggs. Amazing as I saw fish from the hill already spawned out. Guess Russell is behind them a few week?!? Lots of dinks....very few keepers. No big fish lately....just a few 12"ers if I'm lucky. Congrats on your catch Charles and Doug!
