At least you went! Thanks Billy!
Went night fishing Wednesday and got my teeth kicked in only 6 fish last night most of them 10 inch but it was so tuff. Had lots of bait around the lights . Didn’t even see a perch. Looks like they pulled more water out.

Daylight wasn’t much better. Caught 56 today but only had 9 over 10 inches. Got one good one.

Okay! So you won't try to beat it out of me. Remus and I met up in York and traveled down HWY 321 to Chester to Lake Monticello. We launched the pontoon and proceeded to search for perch. We looked here and we looked there and then Remus the master of all things caught a couple of very small perch and about four catfish that were just as small as the perch. So we looked and we looked and we searched all over. Deep 30/40 foot and shallow 15/25 , off points, in coves. Oh and the wind was blowing across the lake with small white caps. Both Remus and I were happy fishing in these conditions because it reminded us of Lake Wylie. I didn't bring winter clothes but Remus had a coat and made out quite well up front on the pontoon. I did manage to hook three salt and pepper catfish before leaving the lake. So cooler was empty, Minnows made the ride back for tomorrows use. I guess you want to know if Uncle Remus stopped and got potato wedges? I will admit we don't go hungry on these road trips we sneak off and do.
Thank you for the great report!!!! Don't worry I don't beat Dawgs I just won't give them any treats!
