were over a pound Clark hill report

Fished sc little river day before yesterday. Managed to catch a limit but had to fish almost five hours to get it done. water temp 56 degrees water color - muddy. Fish were caught along creek and river channels in about 10-12 ft jig color of choice black& chartruse. I only had 2 throwbacks and about half of the fish were over a pound. Best day ive had in a while as far as size, But i guess this weather will knock them back. Good luck Sorry i messed up title, would not let me edit

Glad you were able to catch a limit. I am itching to go and first day with no rain I am headed that way.

Started to go in the cold air yesterday after the rains stopped but decided not to. Glad to hear those water temps though. I thought they'd NEVER get out of the upper 40's. I work Tues-Sat this coming week. Everything is looking good for next weekend and the days after though. Wont be long before I might get to catch a fish.
