    I went a week ago today. My brush pile crappie that I've relied on since June have finally thinned out. I found crappie mixed with perch in open water in the 15-25 ft range. Water temps ranged from 53 to 58.

    Yesterday the morning bite was the better bite and it wasn't that good.
