    We were there about 2 weeks ago and the bite was slow but the quality was good on catfish, caught a 38 pounder and a 29 pounder right in front of Harry's towards the mouth of the canal. Everything we caught on that trip was on cut herring, they wouldn't touch gizzards, shrimp, or stink bait.
