    Nice I really enjoy fishing out of mine that I recently rebuilt. Check out the boats section and you may get a few ideas from how I rebuilt mine.

    P, looks good to me except the lights are in the wrong place. They would better on my toon! You may need some light on the side so you can see the rod tips. MTHook had a set up with purple or blue Led lights on the side to help see tips and lines. Holler back to him for his set up. Me, I use a couple of painters lamps clamed on the lower rail for lights. Some times the bugs will invade but LED lights won't draw then. Hope to see you soon on the lake!
