I've been waiting for one of these nitestalks for a long time in hopes of learning from you guys what to do. It sounds like fun and a great way for a newbie to get started. Unfortunately, a recent Covid exposure requires I sit this one out. Hope you have a great time and I look forward to a future nitestalk.

Donaul, put on a mask and come on down, everyone understands if you keep a distance.

Donaul, we'll be glad to meet you when you get over the crud. We been slack on fishing for a couple of years now. Hope we can get back to doing them fairly regular. With the heat it tough on us older fellows. Keep looking on here for one.

Oh what a night! If my head wasn't attached I'd have forgotten it. I didn't bring my green lights , had to have my wife boringly rod lights down to the ramp.
Then I backed the boat in and the trailer fell off the end of the ramp.
A special THANK YOU to all the guys that helped lift the trailer so we could pull it up the ramp.
finally got on the water, tried to turn the Sonar on black screen. nothing. Tried again later and it would come on and showed low battery. Newer battery on charger 24/7 time to check that out. The catch was poor I don't think anyone got 5 to weigh in. Time to regroup and try again, maybe when it warms up a bit.

Grady, last night was a nightmare for all of us. Parking lot confusion with idiot parking, waiting to launch and find a parking slot and no fish. I picked plan "F" again. As you know from early trip fish were hard to find. So, I'm guessing they are in deeper water suspended. I think next time I'll make the long haul and go to Beaver Dam Creek or all the way to Crowders Creek. Monday after the Dr. appointment I may just take a ride around and try to find some new places. We had a good time just being out there with all of the gang. It was my brothers first time out in a very long time so he was happy just to go!
