    If you guys remembered....I talked about getting a G3N Helix 9 MEGA from the rewards points at work. Talking with people I wa lead to believe I was getting a unit WITHOUT the tranducer. Well, the unit came today...

    No HCO stamped on this box!!!!!!!!!!! Yoohoo!!!!!

    I'm gonna try getting it on the boat this weekend. Alls I need is the standard length D-115 ram mount. Hopefully I can pick that up tomorrow morning.

    Uh....I think I meant CHO which means head unit only....no 'ducer.

    Gabowman, you going to love it when you get use to it. Get an extra power cord and a small 12v battery or 12 volt inverter, then you can take it into the house and play with the screens in simulation mode. Good choice

    I use a 120/12 volt converter. Power cord is all you need for inside since the transducer is not needed for GPS mapping.
