Murray today
The morning didn’t start well. Blew my engine a couple miles from Dreher after launching. Fortunately ,91tiger had been out fishing all night. He gave me a tow back to the ramp. Saved the day for me!
Me and Teresa drove back to the house and launched. Just using the TM, we pulled jigs around our cove and creek. Got 14 perch and crappie , along with two 20” striper. Kept 8 of the bigger fish. She caught a really nice 1.92 slab not long after we found fish. Way up in the coves and 61 degree water. Tried casting to the bank for a while but no luck. Now off to the shop for a new Power head. Out of warranty too. Perfect timing!

Trolling Motored around the house yesterday til noon. Caught 12 chunky bass with my son. Still a good weekend considering the engine trouble. Drove to Johnson City this morning to drop off my boat.

Was about to say, didnt think it was that old. Sorry to hear it, but that boat has me hanging on to my butt with that motor. Crazy fast.

Hope to be back in action by end of next week. Taking the Lowe Jet Drive down this weekend. Cant miss the spawn!!
