Thanks for the help with a report. Working and won't be able to get out there for a few more days if then. Hopefully the creeks will load up again. How deep were you trolling?
Had a hard time finding any biting fish today. Tried 3 different creeks before we marked much of anything. The places we had been catching crappies, only produced 2 crappies.
Finally, at the back end of 1 creek, we started catching some crappies. Trolled from about 9 till 2:30. Only caught 1 perch all day. We did ok with the crappies, ending up with 2.
Again, black with chartuse & junebug with chartuse jigs tipped with minnows were the bait of choice.

The long line jigs were probally running about 6 to 10' down. Also, we had a couple of drop shot rigs down on the bottom. Most of the fish came out of water 12 to 18'.
Seemed like the fish were bunched up in little schools. We found a couple of spots that were pretty good. Had to turn around a lot.

Hey Charles thanks for the report. I was out there yesterday and only caught 6 crappie but was quality females. Little A saw bunch of perch ganged up in a 3 block area on bottom. You should get them with a perch jerk rig with minnows.
