Thread: What are yall seeing

Probably got a juice bar somewhere deep and holding to it. I had two fellows tell me this week that they have been fishing the channel edges and doing fairly good. I haven't even looked there. Spending time tight lining points, flats and humps. If the water temp would drop and stick around 45 to 50* things would change for most of us. Until then, I guess I'll still be chasing what's in 20 to 30 foot of water.

As you know, the BIG females are usually done way before the main rush to shallows. In another couple weeks when the sun gets high I will be checking shallows and will be keeping an eye open for them every trip afterwards.

I Agree with Bowman... The bigger, or biggest fish come and go way before most think, just like not all fish spawn at same time …. natures way of protecting the species. We've caught fish already in less than 7' of water, the temp was @ 54-56, but since the rain and colder temps they ain't there now.

I'm planning on a trip Saturday hopefully this rain were going to have wont trash the water to much.

The majority of fish l am seeing with these water temperatures are in deeper water river/Creek channels and or on deeper structures.
