Problem: Moved my Helix 7 up front to use Helix 9 at console. Only was using 2d that came with old Terrova. Did not want to go through the process to mount on trolling motor. Solution: So I came up with this so I can get my down and side imaging. $45 for Ram Mount $18 for hardware. One hour Installation. Fun Factor priceless. Will test out tomorrow. Will cut some off of top and put a cap on it when I make sure of length of pole on the water.
Folds up easy peasy in 15 seconds and secure on the lake to deploy at next brushpile.
Ram mount very flexible and sturdy.
Transducer wire up the pipe.

Good looking contraption!I know it will work. I've been looking for parts to come into the center that can do about the same thing you did. You putting a handle on the top like the trolling motor extensions ? Looks great CK !
