Default Looking for a lot within 30 minutes of Ebenezer

Anybody know of a buildable lot within 30 minutes of Ebenezer landing? Looking for about 2 acres, level. Prefer paved road with little or no HOA to deal with.
I figure I fish South Carolina more than NC so I may as well be closer
Thanks for any help you can offer

I'll look around here and let you know. I'm on my break as of now and may can ask around to find you something to look at. You know where I'm at and it's 15 minute to Ebenezer or to Big Allison ramp. 5 minute to ofishlbizzness's house. Lot of stuff in between.

I mentioned this to my realtor yesterday when we were finalizing closing on our house. She said that if you don't have kids in school, look in the lower rated school districts. Land values in York Co have gone nuts. We just built our house in Belmont bc the price per acre in Clover and FM is at or near $100K per acre.

Wow! I wasn't expecting prices like that. Thanks for the info. I wanted enough space for the boat and motorhome parking and a house. We may be better off staying put.

Mthook it's like he said all in where you look. Price per acre in the country is like 10k and that's no joke. Look around go site seeing and you will find something
