Default Isolation rubbers or toggles mounting trolling motor

So I got tired of working on my foot switch on the old Motor guide that came with the Tracker. Got a new to me Minn Kota Edge. The old motor was mounted using the motorguide blind hole isolating rubbers and they lasted 20+ years without problem. The Edge is a little bigger and I am considering using the snap toggles to hold it on but am worried about noise transmission. Any suggestions/pros cons?

I tried using the toggle bolts but I couldn't get all 4 to seat and it's a 1 shot deal. These are the ones that don't require a large hole to install but each time at least one would not tighten, so I had to take all 4 out and start over.
I have a quick disconnect puck so I used E5300 Marine sealant and lag screws.
If that doesn't hold I'll have to use Rivnuts.

I got the toggles, the 1/4" require the same hole as the isolators, which is 1/2" I'm sandwiching a rubber mat between the mount and the deck and also sliding a velcro strap under there for a holdown.

If you get them to all tighten down they are great. I think each one was rated at 500# holding strength.
My deck has a sheet of 3/4" plywood under it and for whatever reason at least one of the nuts would spin and not grip so I could tighten it down.

I also have the 3/4" plywood. I have a small access hole that I could maybe reach half the nuts from underneath but not the ones at the bow. I'm still going back and forth over placement of the front of the mount. Want it far enough forward to keep the prop from hanging up on the bow while stowing but at the same time don't want it sticking out to far to bounce off the front roller of the trailer
