    Default Norman

Ok guys I know I hadn’t posted lately but I been fishing Lake Norman over the past three to four weeks for stripers , been fishing about three days a week and been limiting out the last couple of weeks. Been using the A- rigs that I bought from Pete. Started trying some different baits on them that people have sent me. I got a hold of cutbait and ordered some of his paddle tails and as they say the proof is in the pudding. These baits are firm and don’t tear like some of the brand name baits that have good action but are really soft. His baits are firm but have extremely good action in the water. The turn around time was excellent , when cutbait put them in the mail they came the next day. Hear are a few pictures from today with his baits , the other ones are from the pass few days. Hope to see some of you on the water.

    I like the look of Pete’s A-rigs
Heard great things about them. I’m glad the baits worked out for you buddy.

Are you trolling or casting them? Those are good looking baits.

I’m trolling buck tails with and ice fly trailer behind it and pulling Pete’s umbrella rigs. Don I’ll get up with you sometime next week about coming that way for a trip to striper fish

Are those hybrids? I used to live in Mooresville in the 1990s. Stripers were stocked then. Heard NC switched to hybrid stocking a few years ago. Whatever they are those look to be gooderns!

Looks like both hybrid and striper, broken lines on some full on others.
