    Thanks I want one with side scan do they have a regular transducer not the big one like lowrance I just have a 16ft tracker tiller st

    There transducer is about 4 to 5 inches long. It has down scan and side scan and great mapping.

    Does the Garmin have a dedicated down imaging transducer built in the transducer module? Trying to decide between the Lowrance and Garmins on sale at BPS next week.

    I just bought the lowrance elite 9 TI2 with active image 3 in 1 .... haven’t been out yet but on vacation next week . Going away from the helix 5 ,

    Yes, the GT52 transducer has the DI element. The CV52 was the one that did not.
