    Default 11/1 Longlining New Water

Today was bring your boat to work day!!! Got off early and headed to Wylie. Ran NOBB. Wanted to try some new creeks and coves. Fish were scattered for the most part. Picked up a couple off of points, some off of channel ledges. Tried tightlining some brush at one point but only small fish.
Ended the day with a few nice sized perch, and all but one of the crappies were under 10". Crappies were sent back for your enjoyment, perch will be released into peanut oil tomorrow for lunch11/1 Longlining New Water.
The second picture is a nice 2 1/2 yo 8 point that hung around all afternoon!Name: IMG_20191101_182646.jpg

Thanks for the pictures and report. I want to go today but I got a real pain in the butt sciatic nerve bothering me. Hope to hear from you soon on more longlining and tight lining trips. Sounded like a good trip of catching fish!

With a rifle you could've had surf and turf. I used to go for the hunt/fish combo days
