I believe that could work... not sure the size but 1/32 oz. not more than a 1/16th should do the trick.

Brett, lay down on your boat so the fish can't see you trying to catch them. Maybe one will hit a jig thinking it fell naturally out of the sky! Think like a trout fisherman in a clear water stream. Low approach may help you.
