Ebenezer Ramp Update !
Went Ebenezer ramp today to check on the rebuild thats starting soon.Good news is it will be a lot nicer when completed.Bad news is the only part of the park that will remain open is the camping area. All boat ramps close Sept.16 this year.
All day parking closed also.
They have upgraded it a lot I have heard. So lets get ready to fish from there for a while. For the N.C. guys it is a lot closer to N.C. waters. Some good fishing up that way. Gonna start a sticky to get a list of folks coming out started.

Cutbait, they are building a pier that will be in the shape of a horse shoe with a couple gazebos type structures on it with a new pavilion. It will not go out to the Island. It is going to go out past the swimming area distance with the swimming area in the middle between the pier and shore. The pier will be in the shallow water. There will be a new boat ramp, new kayak ramp, newly painted parking at an angle instead of straight in like now and new shelter pavilion. Completely remodeled. At least the ramps won't be bogged down on the weekends. I just wonder if they going to give people a break on night passes that are paid for until next year?
