No matter what nickname you prefer for oversized fish, them bad boys was biting this weekend. I fished a half day Friday and Sunday, and a full day Saturday. The bites came often and they were thumping it! Vertical jigging brush with white/chartreuse and orange/chartreuse being the best colors. Conditions were steaming hot, but winds were light and manageable. Fish were grouped and both shallow and deep fish were biting.

Brett, I use to live down there many years ago in the early 70's, it hurts me still to think about it. I had to leave and go play in Thailand with 115 degrees heat. My jungle fatigues could stand up by themselves with all that salty sweat in them.
Good job Tim! You know I'm still jealous of you!
