BA ramp has always had sand in number one ramp. Nothing there to block the sand from washing up there. I always used the last one which is deeper. Hope it don't get any worse off than it is. Congrats on the limit. Hope to get out there this week also and catch four or more myself.

Brett, You really had me impressed until you admitted your total catch!

I can't imagine why those fish wouldn't eat a minnow. My Clarks Hill fish are still really aggressive if you can find brush in deep enough water. But the lake here is full, which is a very rare thing for July.

And the water temps? We reached 92.7°F by yesterday afternoon....Whew!

I think I'm not very good at it.
PLUS im dealing with antiquated equipment as you can tell by my photos.
Topping it off, i already have a lawn service so i have very little to sell for new stuff.

I had the most basic rig imaginable:
    #4 hook, #7 pinch weight 12-18" above
Tiny swivel , 4 lb fluorocarbon line.
Honestly, what else could i do.
I did eventually try jigs too.Wylie getting low

Brett, Remus is trust worthy, he use's his fishfinder8 to locate all brush piles.
