Congrats Brother SeaRay. I've had some pretty encouraging results myself in a little less than 6 weeks, losing 10 pounds. It takes patience and sticking to the plan... as you have pointed out... but it doesn't seem to be too much of a problem for me either... as it's all good food on the list and you have plenty of choices to make it easy enough to have lots of variety. Good info for sure... and a very effective plan for taking off some unwanted lbs. Thanks for sharing.

Yes, I've been eating bacon eggs and hash browns for breakfast most every day plus steak salad and fruits and veggies.
BUT!!!! If you eat these things and add stuff that's not allowed you will gain weight. I've eaten no grains, breads, dairy products nor anything with sugar added including artificial sweetener.
Bought some shorts Thursday and had to drop 2 sizes from where I was to get a fit.
That being said, what do you care? You probably don't have 5# extra on you unless you've changed since I last
Hahaha! I'm still young, but I will say my metabolism is slowing down! I'm as heavy as I've ever been at about 195. I am 6'2" so it doesn't show, but I can tell. I used to constantly gain weight in the winter and lose it all in the summer. The last few years I've gained and only lost about half of it LOL Slowly creeping up there. I want (I use that word loosely) to start running, but it's been hard to find the motivation.
Hooking up every chance I get!
