The Enoree River is full of suckers, although I don't know if they are the red horse variety.

Put cotton seed meal in mesh bag and place in river out of the current. Fish next day over or near bag with small red worm. Fun on hand pole or rod. GOOD Eating if you know how to prepare. Filet RHS and leave skin on. Gash every 1/4 inch from meat side down to skin and then deep fry. This fish is full of tiny bones but they will cook out if gashed. This method works great on Jack fish(Chain Pickerel). Good eating folks....
