    Default Wylie Crappie 11/13

Finally got the urge to abandon the perch and catch a Crappie. Started off slow, water upstream of Buster Boyd was stained. Also had to relearn the light bite. Ended up catching 29, most were small. I also lost 8 as soon as they broke water. Don’t know what I was doing wrong. Had a good day with every little rain or wind or boats. 😎

Sounds like a good day on the water. I can deal with very little rain and wind if the fish are biting.
    Thanks for the report

You must have been wanting to rush getting them in the boat! Reasons for lost fish, dull hook, tore lips off, droping tip of rod down to them, didn't swing at the right time or just to use to catching perch that don't let go until they fall in the boat. All common stuff with me! Glad you went to get us workers a report. You did good Thanks!

It's not the numbers or the size, it's the time spent on the water!

That’s a good day even if smaller size.
