    Default 10/23/18 Crappie Report

Sunk a brushpile in Big Allison and then started to fish. Started kinda slow. Caught a few fish off of three piles. Decided to run up the lake where I did better last Friday. Finally found a couple that had quite a few fish. Had 50+ fish with 20 keepers off of 8 piles. May let them alone till next week. Had to fish hard today. The bite was really light!! Water temp is down to 70 deg.

Glad you stuck with it and caught some fish. You can pm me with a general idea of were those brush piles are and the one you put in today. I'll be glad to check it out for ya to see if some fish is already on it. As my granddaughter says " I pinky promise not to tell anybody about it " 10/23/18 Crappie Report10/23/18 Crappie Report

I'll check it for you now and then with a bucket of minnows and PM YOU. We don't need a bunch of these locals reading about our results. Plus you might get a favorable mention in my next book, "Wylie's Brush Pile Bonanza!".

I like the downscan image. It looks just like bamboo. Is it a single set or did you put several together?
