Guys We enjoyed seeing y’all at take off. I now know some faces to go with the names here on the form.
I spoke too soon about not having trouble on the water. Got to a spot on little Allison we was gonna try for a little bit got boat in place went to drop lights. Hooked up to battery and no lights , I had the battery on trickle charge and it showed 98% charged. But guess it’s bad. Had to change the connection terminals and hook to trolling motor battery. This would have been a very dark process. Lol. JD where did you get them head band lights ? They were a night saver. So we got hooks wet late. Boated 4 , lost one and then the perch moved in. Dang pest ! Anyway I hope all did well. We didn’t so we tucked our tails and left early. Hope for better luck next time. See y’all then.

Just wasn't the same without the Big Dawgg to pick on last night. We had a good turn out I think there we 6 boats, everybody caught some fish.there was some debris in the sweater but not too bad. Water color was about usual. In Allison .

Hopefully Olfish will post the results before the next event. In the mean time I wanted everyone to rest assured that I remain÷d consistent and took last place. Or as Mac Crappie calls it 1st from the bottom.
Wife and I had a great time. She caught more than I did, I spent a lot of time baiting, taking fish off her li e and getting Perch tangles.

MAC and John thanks for organizing the event. John email me a picture of your sign up sheet so I can set up the white board with rows and columns as needed

We had a decent turnout last nite. Missed pettin our Dawgg. Hope you get that vertigo under control soon.Anyway we did have 8 boats turnout for the event.Had one crew retire early due to electrical problems. Hope you get it fixed and ready for our next event. Had a great time with every boat that was there caught fish. As usual some had more and some less. But we tried ! Bite was slow till bout 10
;00 or so. Picked up enough that my boat went through 6 dozen minnows real quick. Not a lot of slabs but some nice fish weighed in. Thanks to everyone and hope to do it again soon. Weather was perfect and water was just about good as it gets on Wylie. Little trash down our end but very fishable. I found fish in 30 fow. Fishing bout 8-10 foot down. Very few from deeper. Kurt was next to us and he was same way. Anyway on to the good stuff.

First place went to Team maccrappie : with 5.1 lb. for 5 fish
Second was Team Tiger : 4.2 lbs.
    Third was Team S.S. Minnow : 3.11
Fourth was a tie between Team Turkeyfoot and Team Oldfish : 3.3 lbs.
Fifth was Team Grady: 2.13 lbs.
Sixth was Team Miss emma :2.4 lbs.
Team Hudson 57 did make weigh in due to boat problems.

As said before Thanks to you guys and girls for coming out. Ya'll are the ones that make it happen. Thanks maccrappie for getting this going. We gonna do it again soon. Be ready .

Great job Ladies and Gents! Sounded like a great time on good ole Lake Wylie. Hate I missed it! I know there will be another time soon. You all did good and glad you caught fish. Thanks for the report and congrats to the winners!
