    Smoke Salmon is night and day compared to (smoked salmon jerky) !!!! some of the BEST Smoked Salmon I have ever had was some that SeaRay had done from his trip to the left coast with friends that was some GOOD eats for sure !!!!!

    I smoke Salmon quite often. Its so tender you have to pick it up with a spatula. Just cover with olive oil and season with Tony's Creole seasoning to you liking.
    45 minutes in the smoker and its ready. Add some fried okra, um, um, need I say more.

    Lots of history! My father did the survey for that. He says that is his monument to himself!

    There are 3 reactors there. My Grandfather worked in the control room for "Unit 1"
